Jesse Ventura has had an exciting life and has worn many hats throughout his
lifetime. Ventura was born as James Janos in Minnesota in 1951. After growing up
in Minneapolis and graduating high school, James enlisted in the navy and became
one of the elite Navy Seals. He served in Vietnam as part of an underwater
demolition team. After returning to the U.S. He worked as a bodyguard for the
Rolling Stones and became interested in wrestling. James trained in Oregon and
in 1975 debuted as Jesse Ventura and he made it all the way to the WWE. In 1994,
Jesse became a broadcaster and commentated for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. During
this time he appeared in many movies some which include: Batman and Robin,
Demolition Man, X-Files and Predator.
Ventura served as Mayor of Brooklyn Park for four years before he was elected
as governor of Minnesota in 1998. He has penned several books on topics that do
not make mainstream news.
Jesse Ventura has virtually become a spokesperson for educating people on the
truth. In August 2009, it was announced that Ventura would host TruTV's new show
Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura. He hunts down answers, educating viewers
about the real truth behind a myriad of issues and events that shape our world.
There's no secret that the American government has concealed the truth about a
lot of important matters and one by one, Jesse dissects the lies to get to the
truth. According to TruTV, the first episode on December 2, 2009, drew 1.6
million viewers, a record for a new series on the network.
American Conspiracies is his most recent book that delves into the corruption
and government secrets that have altered past events and are changing outcomes
of future events.
